I love the Smart Scooter for its compact, lightweight and speedy options. It gives me the independence to go outside and see nature. I can walk but not very far. I have gone around the entire Stanley Park Seawall with battery power to spare. It takes awhile I think to adjust to riding it both mentally and physically. I now know to lean forward or sideways with the scooter. Shawn has been a wonderful support from the purchase in April 2020 to even some small repairs. This scooter fits in the trunk of my little Ford Fiesta. Also it’s an attractive looking emobility scooter. I use a little Fanny pack attached to the basket for keys and phone. I use a cable bike lock for security and take the battery with me at restaurants. The basket is handy for jackets etc. All in all I am pleased with this purchase from North of 49 and follow up. Customer service is excellent.

I needed a scooter for home and travel and researched a bunch that would suit my needs. SmartScoot was sleek and had great reviews for battery life and comfort. I can agree on both accounts that the battery runs incredibly long and the seat is very comfortable. It's also light enough that I can lift it in and out of my car easily. North of 49 were great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to refer people to the company and the scooter. I love mine!

I have MS and I have another scooter that sits in my back shed because it cannot go with me in the car. Smartscoot stores and travels with me everywhere in the car. This scooter is very manuverable in stores and takes up less aisle space than a shopping cart. Have not regretted buying this scooter, it makes my life so much easier.

In the last four years I’ve had my Mobility issues and now I cannot walk more than three steps so being able to go out on my mobility scooter from smart scoot has really changed my life dramatically I’m a customer and now I do demonstrations for them because I believe in the product more than anything else that I own , if you were loved one has issues with mobility the small lightweight scooter fits in the back of your car and weighs less than a wheelchair and gives you the freedom that a wheelchair can’t provide and a bigger scooter can’t provide please check it out and I’m available for demos if anybody in Langley otherwise contact the company and try one today your freedom is A phone call away

I met some representatives of this company while I was working at a conference in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and I have never forgotten their kindness, knowledge and low pressure way of providing information. And the Scooters they sell are so amazing! I would never buy a heavy scooter, I have no idea why I would ever consider anything besides a Smart Scoot!
